does anyone know what is causing this to my leaf tips?

i haven't fed the plant nothing more than water and b1 compound phd @ 5.6~6.2

it's been under a t5 light for most of the time and recently moved under a 400w mh because the tap root started coming out after a day and i had to transplant a little early. it started happening before i put it under the MH

Mh is too close. Keep it far away for a couple days to let them get used to it. then lower.
