Does anybody know how to make co2 bags like exhale?

Hey everyone just wanted to know if anybody on here would know how to make a homemade co2 bag I usualley use the exhale but they are like 30$ per bag I pay less per bag for my soil? does anybody on here know how to make a home made version bascley all exhale is. Is a mushroom casing in a bag so could I do this my self for on the cheap or should I just go head and get the exhale

I wouldn't bother with either. There's enough CO2 in the atmosphere to grow plants and the bag won't add enough to matter.
