Do you think this seedbank seems cheap and nasty

http://pukkapeng.co.uk/default.aspx Today i was walking through my local market and found a stall that sells these seeds but 10 feminized for £10 seems cheap and nasty, they sell strains that other seedbanks breed themselves like green house seeds bread the church but they seem to sell them so they must steal other seedbanks strains. I might just buy 3 seeds to them out.
