Do you think this fan and filter would work good for a rubbermaid grow box?

Heres the rubbermaid tub i want to use too (Its 17 inches tall so im only going to use 1 bin, should be tall enough to grow some bonzai size cannabis-I'll grow them low stress training if i have to)

no way that fan wont do squat, get a pc fan with around 30ish cfm

You'll need intake and exhaust fans. That fan might be a bit odd, I'd go with computer fans or an inline fan. I use this filter with some dryer sheets and it works well enough.

Further, the only fans that can resist pressure (IE carbon filter) are centrifugal fans. My 2.5x1.5x3 tent is cooled using 1x80mm, 1x120mm, 1x4" duct booster fan - and it still smells. One centrifugal fan would be able to adequately ventilate the space while simultaneously pushing/pulling air through a carbon filter.

dude, why not use this one, i saw it when i clicked your link, it's taller you could probably grow 1 good sized plant in it or maybe 2 without cramping them. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Rubbermaid-21-Gal-Clever-Store-Totes-Set-of-5/19235583?findingMethod=rr not to mention its like 70 bucks cheaper and 21 gal instead of 18.
OR! get 2 of the 18 gallons and stack them on top of each other, hell you probably wouldn't even need to lst then.
