Do you 'need' to install a dimmer on a B series Mean Well drivers?

I bought a B series mean well LED driver because the A series were sold out for what I wanted. My question is, can I terminate/cap the dimmer wires and use the driver at full capacity, with the option for adding a dimmer later? Or is the dimmer required for the driver to operate?

If you just dont use the dimmer wires it will run at full power.
