Do I wait it out or wash off soil ?

Ok I have 5 plants in veg, I'll start 12/12 in a couple weeks. When I started them I didn't have the money to buy good soil so I used anything I could find old dead plants soil(before RIU) steer manure etc. Now I have perlite good compost etc. So should I wait for the next batch or wash off crap soil and re plant them. I ask cuz they haven't been growing as well and the soil stays way too wet. If I do wash off the old stuff can someone give me some pointers? Thanks looking forward to any suggestions.

do you have a way to get enough to do both like start the next batch and also transplant the ones ya got now. just put the root ball into the new soil and cover it a bit with your new stuff. thats what i'd do

Yes I have plenty soil now. Thanks I think that's what I'll do.
