do i have enough lights?

i have 4 lights of america f17t8/gl (rb17t8gl) coler temp 7800k crl =11 800hrs (14 not sure what all those numbers mean but maybe it will help you help so i have 4 of them and one cool white in a 37 inche by 21 inch place with tin foil on walls on 6 plants about 3-6 inches from top this is my first grow so any and all advice would be helpfull

they are flouro and 2 ft long

why i thogut u wanted something to reflect the light back the walls are brown its a closet?

The foil will produce a kind of insulation which will ultimatley heat your plants up and most likely burn them 9 times out of 10. You should try white paint if its in your budget.

Get rid of that foil, it's barely 50% reflective anyway. U want cheap? Go to wal mart and get some of those mylar emergency blankets, they're lik $2 and super reflective
