(15) 11w Philips CFLs or (1) 125w CFL??

which should i get??

I can get (15) 11w Philips cfls for 10p each so £1.50 in total.
then (15) Light Holders For These For £9
then a Plug For £1.59
Total = £12.09
(600x15) = (9,000 lumens)

or

I can get a 125w Blue Cfl for £25
and a Lamp holder, lead and plug for £8
Total = £33

(9,000 lumens)

hmm, see both have same lumen output and i save an absolute fortune lol, wel it is 2 me. its only for a veg box then ther goin out in the sun, what use think??

Neither, Get ten 26 watt CFLs.

I also suggest using clamp lights and socket splitters. You want more, lower wattage bulbs. The bigger they get, the hotter the ballast. You can also cover more area with more lights rather than just one. Also, if your 125 watt dies, you are screwed, if just one of your ten 26 watt lights goes, you still have 9 going.

thanks for the advice, unfournately im in Ireland so would be to costly to use that website. however ill will look in2 26w cfls, main reason i choise the 11w bulbs is because i can get them for 10p each.
