Do 120 watt aerograde Philip's plant lights work?

yea i found these lights in home depot and they look like they might work for vegging and was gonna use 2 of them(with cheap ass home depot reflectors) and 2 40 watt florencent rods for my 2' x 3' x 3' grow bookcase setup. sufficient?

they definately are and there's significant heat resonating off it thanks for the help assholes =)
