DIY CFL hoods??

hey all!
im about to begin my next grow and am wondering what kind of hood i should use.
i want all the lights to be in a 1 hood unit. possibly going to hold 6-10 lights..
as of now i have a large tupperware wich is square.
would i get better reflection in a more roundish setup, or will this be so little in a difference that it wouldnt matter???
right now i have 3 68watt cfl's and am probably going to get some 45 watters or 23 watters with different spektrums..
any help would be much appreciated!

Check up the link in my signature space below. It's my current grow, and more recently, I have made my own hood for my CFLs.
See if you can make head or tail!
I made a wooden frame and used card stock to make the faces, covered in mylar.

the 1st vid was close, but thanks newbud, thats more what i was looking for!
i already did the tupperware thing n its working good 4 now..
but might consider making a metal 1!
