I am so confused..... what's going on there? Can we get an overall pic of the setup..... far away.

Where are you exhausting to? Is it back into the room where the passive intake is? You should put some duct on the other side of the hood and completely bypass the growing environment all together.

i cant get to the outside, its apartments and its exhausting out above the bathroom and up the ducting for the fan for the bathroom.. so we did some re ducting lol and the passive air hole is just cold air from in the walls and theres a ducting fan pushing air into the room , from the wall, at the bottom and the dor only opens like a foot because of the light hanging

Your intake is coming through a wall? Bad deal my fiend. Walls are supposed to be insulated. Just cuz there is a void where your hole is doesn't mean your shit can breathe.

Post some pics with as much setup in the frame as you can. I just don't know what I'm supposed to be seeing there. I've said it once already.

i cant the door doesnt open all the way , i showed as pic of the light on the walls showing the order.... cfl down below then a peice of plywood then the hps and up top is the blower fan for exhaust, and the passive air hole into the drywall and metal studded walls.... not insulated its a fairly new apt building jsut the outside wall is insulated

Take the door off and tack up some panda poly in it's place.
