wot distance do u guys reccomend i have my plants from my paid of HPS 600w lights ?

you want to hold your hand at the top of the plants and lower light till your hand feels warm not hot or leaves will burn

if these are new lights for plants that had a weaker light,you need to keep em up like 4 ft untill the plant gets used to them,or the leaves burn

about 3ft or a little higher would be fine...get a fan ...closer you can get,if you keep the heat under control....g/l
