I'd like to ask what the distance should be from my girl ( she's 4days old from germination) to a cfl bulb 160w blue spectrum? now keeping 4 inch from bulb.
Keep it as close as possible. Cfl do give off heat. So not to close. If you have real good venilation going, even at 1/1 inch the leaf wont burn. That light is enough though I would do 2-4inch at 4 days from germination.
