Disease or deficiency?

I haven't fed this guy yet so I'm hoping its an easy fix. What do you guys think? There are only a few concerning leaves but I've noticed it 3-4 days ago, hasn't spread to any other leaves since then.
First timer here so I don't know what information is needed to diagnose this, if you need any more I'll oblige :peace:

Here is a better picture. I have been rough with her, and she is very top heavy so stretch marks might be what it is also. Thank you!!
If I repot her in some more light mix once she's rooted out, does that mean I wait longer before first feeding?

Yes, i thought it would be 4 weeks, but this is the first signs of slower growth at wk 5. I am going to use bloom definitely, I may use grow nutes but I have been told that if I transplant into a bigger pot, the added soil will mean i don't need nutes for a week or so. Is this thinking correct?

Yeah , good fresh soil.. like happy frog.. or something.. it will help for a few , but you're going to need some kind of nutrients

I was pushing these with gh nutes..1116161905c (1).jpg1116161904 (1).jpgthese were flipped to 12/12 from sprout... these pic are from along time ago.

Holy damn, that looks very good for straight flipping. You must know your stuff. So I'm going to pot up and start feeding a week or so after, when I start seeing signs. When I do, if I decide to flip by then, should I do grow + bloom solution for first weeks of flower? I've heard this is the way but it seems off to me.

Also, I have got biobiz light mix soil for another seed im starting now. I'm starting off on the window, with them getting a good 7 hours of direct sun. Is this enough? I don't like putting them in the set up right now because it gets to 90° in there (extraction isn't here yet)

If the soil is something like FFOF or Happy Frog it would do for awhile depending on how much new soil is used and how big the plant is but some good nutrients are needed to finish up for sure.

Not knowing the makeup of the soil you are using or the nutrients you can get it's hard to say tho. I use ProMix HP for my base and it has no nutes in it so have to use various things to feed my plants. I have lots of various things. :)

Yep. Looks like thrips to me. It must be rampant. A lot of threads are posting the same thing. I tell'em that It's often mistaken as a deficiency in nutrients. 100% all natural, all-in-one Eliminator insecticide and fungicide will get rid of it fast without harmful chemicals, killer pesticides, residue soap, or oils that clog plant stomata, etc. You can grab a sample at https://doctorzymes.com/wizard.

What you do is use 4oz per gallon and spray 3-5 days in a row. Check population after the 3rd day and spray as needed. Also do a soil drench with 1 cup per 5 gallons to kill the eggs and larvae in the soil. The natural qualities kill the bad stuff while working with beneficial nematodes, microbes, and good bacteria in soil. Once you get rid of it, go down to 2oz per gallon for weekly preventative maintenance. Do that, you'll be problem free for good from seed all the way to last day of harvest without effect to terpene profile. I hope that helps.

UPDATE
I have bought some face wash that has neem oil in it, will post pics so you can see if that was a stupid idea or not. The wetness seems to dissappear quick, should I be giving several sprays a day? And should I use this as a preventative measure as well or will I have to use something else? Been spraying it by the windows and walls but i don't know if this will discourage pests. Hopefully this is enough.

No problem.
Veg you have a lot of choice. Whenever I've had them, I've just made up a white oil out of convenience. But there's honestly heaps of better options out there in product form.
Just make sure you follow the directions to the letter.

You've got a bit of time. I recommend a plant specific product. There should be plenty available at your local.
