By anyones standards its low.
I'd up it to 80f, get them transpiring - drinking- feeding

This is the reason. The blueberry og likes it cause it's a really nute sensitive plant and can easily be over fed. The caramello on the other hand is like "hey! Come on! Let's get rolling!"
