Different type of leaves growing on my plant

Hello world first i would like to say i am not a newbie but i have run into a problem ive never seen in my 7+ yrs. into my hobby. i tend to experiment with all differnet types of methods just because. recently i purchased some autoflower seeds to test different theories like 24 hrs vs 12/12. MG vs FF. Store brand Ferts and Nutes vs. Commercial. One test i wanted to try was the actually life time of autoflowers. I planted from seed and harvested a Black Onyx tree in 57 days (life span of 60 days). instead of the normal chopping of the tree, this time i harvested the top of the plant leaving the lower half that was 25 days ago. To my surprise the plant is not only alive its thriving and still producing. the buds kinda resemble popcorn and the fan leaves are turning and dropping. i expected this. There is lots of new growth all over the plant with the little white hairs and even the crystals coming in as soon as the new growth comes in, my concern is the leaves that are growing look nothing like fan leaves. some are circular some are long but none of them look like fan leaves or any part of a marijuana plant. The buds sorta resemble one of those hats you see little kids on tv wearing with the helicopter blades on top. I have no idea wats going on. No my plant hasn't not come into contact with another plant or pollen its indoors in the same room it was in its entire life. can anyone help me as to what i should do. should i get the buds thats already there and chop the tree down or just let the plant continue to live until it starts to kick the bucket then harvest it.

IDK WTF is going on there, but I do know thats exactly what the growth looks like when I take clones from a lady who is more than a couple weeks into 12/12, which I do regularly. It transitions to regular leaves over a week or 2 in my case, perhaps it will do the same for you? I get shitloads of branching when it looks like that.
