Did this auto flower turn into a photo-period?

These plants are one week apart. Both supposed to be bubblegum auto from Growers Choice. The one has been flowering for a few weeks now, but the other only shows tiny preflowers. Both have been under 24 hours of light since seedling stage. Is it possible seeds got mixed up? Or this auto turned into a photo? I put her in the dark for 24 hours and will be putting her on 12/12 just to see what happens. This has been one hell of a grow. These plants survived a flood, and a tornado the next day, and they bounced back from a magnesium deficiency. I’d say for this being my first grow and all the hurdles thrown my way, they’ve turned out pretty well so far.

Can’t turn into a photo if it is an autoflower and personally I would just do 18/6

And I think their like kids. Some slower than others
