Did my plants start flowering? With 18-6 schedule?

I'm really confused. This is my first grow so I can't tell if it's in veg stage still or if it switched to flower. I was really hoping to fill up my scrog net but I don't think that's possible anymore...

Very normal for 18/6. Its preflowers, it wont actually go into full flower but it will show male or female preflowers.

I like 24 hour light in veg because i feel it grows more branches and nodes faster. Some like to go with at least some dark, but over the years ive found i just like tge way 24 hours of light grows out.
