Did I miss my harvest window?

I’m on Day 65 of flower. I took a few pics of the trichomes with my digital microscope. Did I miss my harvest window? Some trichs seem to have no head, some the stalks have turned amber, and other look clear and cloudy with and without the heads. I could really use some expertise lol. All these pics are from the same Bud I picked off earlier just to get a better look at the trichs.

Lights out right now but I’ll post one kind of of the whole plant but mostly focused on a bud

I cut mine about where yours are and I lost out on density and potency. Still got me really high, but it was only a head high. I’d wait and let the buds fully ripen. You’re getting close for sure. Once you stop seeing clear heads and more amber is where you’ll want to cut.
