Did i forced flowering accidentally?

I am growing outdoor , white widow auto . the leaves were yellowing I believe coz of heat someone suggested to put umbrella on them so i did i was used to remove the umbrella after noon sometimes i forget,

isaw this this today, are these bud growing?
the plant is very small its a month or two old but small still because it was growing in a bad soil but it was growing

I hate to say it but that probably isn't worth finishing. It's covered in powdery mildew and when you harvest if the plant makes it that far you might get a gram. You are right about it being small. That soil does look pretty bad. I'd start over myself if you have more seed. But before doing so I'd do whatever it took to get some better soil. Or mix some organic matter into that stuff. It looks like cement. Grass clippings, dead leaves, whatever you can get. I know it's hard to get stuff in some countries. You need something to break up and aerate that dirt.

And stop blocking the sun with an umbrella.
