Developed Plant?

I am 2 weeks into flowering and my plant is starting to bend due to the weight of the bud, I am wanting to support it, however since my plant is 2 weeks in flowering, will pushing a bamboo stick through soil, which no doubt is going to go through roots in the soil, will this harm the plant? or slow down flowering process? as plant is recovering after roots have been damaged due to bamboo stick been pushed down?

Please help

lol the roots should be ok, just dont push it down too close to the plant, an inch or 2 away should be just fine.

you can tie ropes and hang it vertically 2 hold it up
