It varies from tent to tent. Different manufacturers will position light braces and openings for intake and exhaust wherever best fits the particular design.

If building your own, you could use PVC pies and joints for the framework, and some blackout poly/panda film for your walls.

Exhaust should be at the top of your tent, Intake at the bottom...

It is generally all up to you to make it as customized as you wish...

For your pictures, Check out this GOOGLE search.

A no brainer, and probably is the best archive of images available online.

Blowdro here are some pics of a grow cage I made using 2" x 4" and Refectix insulation. Fantastic light reflection and odor control, even though there are openings all over the tent the low pressure system created by the fan acts as a bio hazard isolation room - all air goes in and nothing escapes from the cage except through the exhaust fan. Can be free standing or use corner walls to make up half of the cage. The sides can be rolled up for 360 degree access, built for a light mover to double garden size while increasing yield per square foot. I get about 36 litres of 4 week cured bud per continuous grow from a 600 watt hps with 12 x 5 gallon buckets, sometimes with more than 12 strains flowering at the same time, with 15 minutes of maintenance work in the garden each day. I designed my garden to be efficient and relatively maintenance free except for watering once set in flower, very easy set up to replicate.

If you want to build this way I can post a materials list for the size cage you want. Post any questions in my Garden Pic thread please so I can have the info there for anyone else who wants to build a cage. Thanks.
