Design My Grow Room - 2 Autoflower Seeds For Winner

Simple enough, I have $400 to spend, you do the work.

Things to keep in mind:

I am basically a rookie. I would prefer to keep it rather simple, but soil-less.

The light can not be above 250HPS as I'm trying to keep heating issues to a minimum.

I would also prefer to keep the system small.

I'm looking for this setup to be as complete as possible (minus the seeds).

You must cite to your source for prices.

I've got the seeds, now I need the setup.

The Winner, as decided by the voting public (users of this fine forum), gets 2 Autoflower seeds. I will close this thread next Sat.

One thing I dint think of were the ramifications of sending the seeds. As such, I will give the option of receiving $20 instead of the seeds (or donate it to a charity of your choice), as Im sure most might not want to give an adress .
