Hey guys building out a new room first in a long time the plan is such

8 fluence spyder 2i
24 5 gal coco/perlite pots

now this is my first coco grow but I’m guessing late flower each pot will be able to eat up close to 2 gals each?So 48 gal a day so 384 pints.

anyways am I crazy for thinking I need two quest 165 to get this room under control?

thanks in advance guys

Really you never know until you try. Ambient RH% has a lot to do with things.

When the biomass exceeds the dehumidification potential the RH% will creep and it's a wrap.

thanks Renfro I guess just stick with the 2 165 quest I got and hopefully it’s over kill and doesn’t have any problem keeping up.

FWIW I was running soiless peat based mixes and rarely had to run my dehu, usually had to run my swamp cooler to keep the RH% up until around three weeks into flower. After changing to coco I noticed they were transpiring a lot more h2o and I needed more dehumidification than my quest 205 and a couple other's running as well. so it's probably good you have two good dehumidifiers.
