If those removed leaves were on the upper canopy I'd say it's purely mid stage calcium deficiency. Good looking plant! How much are you feeding her?

I have been trying to grow her in my own living soil .it took almost a year to get the soil the way I want it .I don't add . Calcium or magnesium it should have enough in the soil. but I guess not . I will add some oyster shell to try to bring the calcium up a little bit.

On a side note,on the flower pic, I'd trace that dead leaf back into the bud and check for rot

It was bud rot .I checked all the other buds and none of the rest have it .should I cut the plant

I checked all the other ones no other colas have any rot in them I'm just afraid they could start my humidity been at 40% I don't know how it showed up

Sorry they are probably going to ban me I have been writing like a crazy man .thank you for telling me to check the leaves it's bud rot I cut off the mold and went a little bit more just in case I check all the tents and it's the only spot your amazing thank you

Some just cut it out and continue. Its full of spores though and can just grow elsewhere on plant its systemmic. The spores aint good to consume its scary what could happen. Id just toss the plant and correct the enviorment whoch I did and was willing to keep doing till I had clean bud.
It turned out to be as simple as lower the humidity and increase air flow. Max the exaust or upsize it with filter if its a bit under powered. I use box fans and for max space and yield I put them above a bar light facing down on the plant. Best tweek I ever made. For the mean time could place it beside the plant hanging up but itll take a lot of space.
Thats if nothing else works and could try just a few 6” clip fans etc. My way also eliminates powdery mildew which IMO is uglier than budrot. Budrot is just a bitch when your tents packed and cant lower rh in that case you messed up too but might get lucky.

Personally I'd cut that cola and throw it down the toilet.
Ideally with gloves on to minimise spreading it but I guess you've already removed it.
It been deep in a cola, hopefully it's localised

I'm just so thankful that you seen them leaves I didn't even mean to send that picture it was a whole different plant in a different tent . I've never had bud rot because I stay up on the Environment conditions but I dropped the ball I got rid of the plant it always hurts when you lose one . But it's better than losing them all I cleaned the tent completely and I'm gonna start a new run .I just wanted to say thank you again this site has saved me before.but this time was Ginormous thank you again .best wishes.Ted
