That's a problem, especially with amended substrate. You treating your soil like it has a bio machine full throttle, when it actually doesn't. That's due to the raw ammendments you added.
My suggestion.... add your raws and cook it first. Then IF need be, supplement with a boost. Cannabis damn near grows itself bro. It doesn't need much to sustain, give it a hair more.... it excells, give exactly what it needs, when it needs it and force it down it's throat, .... perfection. Don't kill with kindness. Less is actual more. The plant actually has an internal EC within its tissues. If your soil has more than what the plant does.... it's similar to a magnet. Pulls out and blocks the uptake, but if the plant has the advantage and the soulmis supplemented based on needs, well.....
The sweetener is only accelerating your microbial biome, and if the plant isn't up taking, your going to cause an imbalance, mother nature does what it does, based on influential factors. Add sugar, and your gonna have an increase in microbial enzymes and nutrient assimilation. Factor in a plant that isn't developed enough to handle that increase, equates to a less than desirable upon observation. And environmental factors play a HUGE ROLE in manipulation of plant response and biological activities within.
If I were you, I'd pick one or the other. Organic or mineral salt. Playing a card game without knowing the rules doesn't equate to a guaranteed win. You've got 2 different mechanisms of delivery
