Deficiency or lockout?

Second time growing this auto flower strain and also the second time iv ran into this exact same issue right after entering flower. Top dressing with Dr. Earth dry amendments according to Stealth Grows on YouTube. Have grown a few different strains this way but never had this issue before. Growing in fabric pot and always wait till cantainer feels light before watering again. Wondering what other people think might be going on ?

You may be letting them dryback too far which can lead to ph/nute related issues.. how often are you watering? How much are you watering? What size container are they in? Are you letting the plants wilt?
