Deficiency? Burn? Help!

Hello! Can anyone tell me what's going on with this plant based on this picture? Strain: Gods Gift. Medium: Soil. Regimen: House&Garden nutrients (Soil A&B, etc). Light: 600W, 18/6 (veg). Schedule: I water or feed once daily, alternate days between nutes and PH bal. water. I usually add a few drops of superthrive to the water as well as the nutes. Issue: Most of the leaves on this plant are doing fine, but about 10% of them have these splotches that look like burns. The splotchy leaf area is dry and brittle and looks dead, but the surrounding leaf area is fine. The other 90% of leaves are fine. I spoke to the tech support and Hosue and Garden who said their nutes are designed to be used constantly, but as I said I alternate days between food and water. 2013-08-21 19.58.09.jpg One thing is this plant is located in a non-airconditioned space, and the last few days were about 90 degrees. I mist the plant with water to get the temp down when its that hot (with lights off because I understand water drops can cause the light to burn the leaves). Thanks for any help you can give!

is your plant actually that dark or is it the camera..

From the discoloration it looks to be nutrient burn

If your plant is actually that dark its nitrogen toxicity
