DEFECTIVE CFL's?!

anybody ever have lumps show up on their cfls?
i got 2 27 watt daylights in my pc on 24/0 for the past 3 days n i today i added 2 23 watt soft whites n discoverd what looks like small "air pockets" in the bottom spiral of both daylights.

since cfls contain mercury i was wondering if this is a sign that maybe i shud cut to 18/6 or switch the bulbs before they break or pop and ruin my ladies. cud it be just a bad bulb company? (ecosmart) is it too much heat in there? (no thermostat on hand) bulbs too close?(few inches) or is this completly normal? PLEASE HELP!

thats weird dude, i wouldnt chance it... if the bubble is new and wasn't there when you bought it then get rid of it. call the company that makes them and ask them, they should send you replacement bulbs.

yea i thought it was kinda a bit ackward ill do that thanx
