Dealing with mold

So in my grow room I have a little bit of mold going on. My humidity is too high and im not getting enough ventilation. I've cropped for 2 years in this room and haven't had an issue with my bud, but it's time to adjust and fine tune a few things. Bringing in a dehumidifier to drop RH to 40-45%. Anyways, I have the white circle type mold on the walls around my plants. It's just little white circles on the plastic. It hasn't ever been an issue as far as my weed goes but it does bug me soooo....

Tomorrow I'm going to move all my plants out, fill up a bucket with 50% bleach, 50% water and go to it. Gonna hit all the walls, floor, cieling, everything.

My main question is, how long should I let the room dry/air out before putting my crop back in the room? Will the bleach affect anything even if I wipe the room down really well and make sure everything is dry? Keep in mind I have a dehumidifier running full blast.

Also, has anyone ever had the white circle mold before? I've asked a few growers and they've never seen it. It's just little white circles and it doesn't seem to affect my crop ever.

Any information is appreciated.

Bleach does not kill mold. That is a myth

you need a cleaner that can kill the mold, then scrub or even sand the walls

Here is a product that is pretty good, but check your local walmart, lowes or home depot for similar products

what stage of growth are you in. if you are early into flowering up to 4 weeks leave everything in there and invest in a sulfer burner. after your cropped pull all the plastic out of there and THROW IT AWAY. trying to clean everything will become very futile while trying to combat mold. you can scrub and scrub and scrub but your not going to get all those tiny little spores. this is one of the main reasons to line your grow area in plastic, when you have an infestation of any type we can simply peel everything out and start fresh. if you have painted walls give wash them down with a product called tsp and give them a coat of Killz before a fresh coat of paint. and no matter what invest in a sulfer burner. it will be one of the best investments you make. the sulfur vapor that burns off coats the leaves and changes the ph of the plant surface so mold wont grow on it. it is also good at killing and driving out many of the bugs that like to affect our crops as well:joint::joint:
