Daylight savings time

Lights would still on the same schedule they were on before the time changed. You'd actually be leaving your lights on an hour longer for a day by changing your timers time, and they'd come on an hour earlier than usual for the rest of your cycle. Personally I leave my timer until I start my next cycle. But it shouldn't matter either way.

Just move them (timers) an hr ahead during lights out - If the hr earlier is a problem..

I was just thinking of changing my timer in 15 minute intervals for four nights so the change goes unnoticed by my plants. But a one hour change won't affect anything (Dr.Who) given my situation in the hermie thread?
