Well its day nine and ive upgraded lights to 300w 5025 lumens and 11100k the female sprouts' leaves are getting bigger and the stem is nice and strong. the male sprouts leaves are growing bigger and faster than they were with the heat lamp 250w i had whew!! this is a little more extensive than i thought anymore tips greatly appreciated
