Day 16, yellowing, spots, extremely slow growth

On day 16 of my grow and I'm getting both a littled annoyed and worried my plants just arent proving out. They are growing extremely slow, getting yellow tips, getting brown spots, and yellowing on some new growth as well as old too. Bending/drooping at the leaf base on some plants, some dark green, some pale and any with a second set of serrated have no length between nodes. I compared the issues to diagnose it but it makes no sense because I have so many symptoms that contradict one or another. Its like seriously, plants have different symptoms others dont have but its all the same soil, water and, light. For example, yellow fresh veg is light burn, yellow old growth is nute burn, but what the hell is it if its both? Or both of those with some dark green plants, some pale green plants and so on. Typically as per the symptom guides I have read (cross referenced multiple sites) its one symptom or the other.

Strain: Mikado and some Nevilles Skunk #1. Both from Hazeman, supposedly.

My set up:
Indoors
Kelloggs Raised Bed soil (0.30-0.10-0.10)
Solo cups with plenty of drainage and a homemade smart pot (roots were out the drainage hole on the solo!???)
Started under cfl after popping soil for a week
Currently got a 300 watt LED 20 inches in height started off 20/4 but went down to 18/6
75-80 temps
Water as needed (one knuckle rule)
Ph of water 6.5
Ph of soil 7.0
Have not fed nutes yet and used the soil straight.

Its getting pretty annoying. I see 16 day old plants doing killer but these things are just pathetically small.

Also cant figure out why it started typing in bold print so sorry about that. If I go back and type up top its normal. What a weird night. I posted about it the other day in my initial newbie central post but I figured now I would be best posting in the actual problem section.

Also, thinking it was nute burn I decided to flush.

Ok .....
First , stop flooding cups with water , you should be misting these young seedlings.
Second , the tap root ( at 2 weeks ) needs MORE ROOM to seek moisture.

That soil mix has no listed PH buffers to speak of ( to control PH ). Look for a better choice ( Dr. Earth veg flower mix ) at home depot .... Much better ingredients . The Chicken shit in your mix is gonna be nitro heavy and result in burning.

This mix MAY be better for more developed plants but looks to harsh for seedlings.
Get a better mix , bigger containers and TRANSPLANT them from the cups ( as a plug ) into final container size ( 3-5 gallon ) . Continue misting ( every couple days ) while plants assimilate into NEW home.

Also with this mix ... It will feed ALL BY ITSELF up to week 5 before showing weakness in feed. Use 6.5 water only. No bullshit RO WATER or DISTILLED , TAP works fine just adjust PH. Just add perlite and enjoy .

Thanks. I researched the soil and I see people swear its good from start and is an alternative to their patio plus which is apparently popular but its limited to the west coast. I'm thinking they had other variables at play though.

I'll start misting again but I have always been told to water the soil lightly around the plant after the first week. I didnt expect the taproot to be that big yet at all. I mean again other 16 day plants in solos are three times the size of mine so that sounds odd. The PH is listed between 6.5-7.5 and contains lime. I tested it myself and its 7.0 as I listed. I was going to grab Drs tomorrow actually anyway so I'll try that.

Is that the Dr Earth you recomend? I was looking into the POTting mix but my states lame. Its hard to even find items for my own soil mix. Even big box stores are limited in my area. Place sucks.

Took the advice and grabbed the Dr Earth Pot of Gold. I transplanted most of my plants outdoors and kept two inside. I up potted one to a homemade smart pot to match the other and had to add some lime because the ph was 5.0. They both turned around somewhat noticeably but are still pretty dwarfed. I also germed two more seeds around the 1st and they did great. Then once again they just stopped growing around the sane age as my first round. Its getting pretty annoying at this point. Everything is dialed in the best I can. Cant see it as the light either really. I take them as far away as 24 inches and then some and the plants wont stretch. Was starting to think it was temps. Kept them around 75 the best I can then realized I can go higher since my humidity is stable at 60-70ish. Now I have it up to 80 and they did perk up a lot.

First set of pics are the hold backs from this original issue. The second set are ones I just started.

mikado is the shit! I got accused of having genetic mutant freak weed when I had mikado, I forgot all my passwords when I smoked it the first time. I just gave some advice on seedlings and it was let it grow. I let the ones i did go 14 days before I watered them, and they got huge compared to this. Its tough to transplant a seedling so I wouldnt do it, but i would start in a bigger container next time.
