Day 10 Yellow Dots on leaves

Noticed these earlier today and they have gotten more visible. Any idea on what it could be from?
Temp from 82-85F watering with 5.9ph distilled just added nutes today up to about 220ppm. Light 30 inches approx LEd 100W.
Have it sitting in coco/perlite watering once a day with a light amount of water and most of it seems to runoff through the bottom.
Really dont want to let this get worse.
Thank you all.

Plants need calcium & magnesium, try tap water :)
Made a cal mag foliar spray for the leaves going to keep spraying until I start giving full dosage nutes to the plant the yellow spots definitely got worse though thanks for your response really helped man

I would check run off ph/ec and make sure ph meter is good. I personally don’t think there is anything good in tap water and would use r/o or distilled if an option for me.

5.5 ph run off is think is ideal for coco

Yeah im sticking with distilled for now until I get an ro system
The ph meter is good.
What should I be looking for in the runoff ph/ Ec?

You are running in coco and dont add cal/mag?
The nutrients I bought are specifically for coco and many of the reviews said they didn't need to add additional calmag because it was accounted for in the nutes. I was giving them 25% recommended strength for nutes and it has been getting worse. For now adding calmag foliar spray like one a day but today I went full strength nutes and will see if it starts to get better. Newer leaves showing early signs of calmag deficiency too I think with the twisting leaves again.
Would it be a good Idea to cut the two that have been badly affected so the plant doesnt waste energy there?
Today marks day 11 since pop I messed up the dates previously

Not sure on your location but
My location offers either filtered essentially R/O water refills right next to the distilled
Distilled isn’t the best choice if so

25 to 100% is a big jump. Be careful.

Twisting leaves is not calmag. Cal def shows as spots that start gray and quickly turn orange or brown. Mag def typically is a light green striping.

The only goal I have with seedlings is healthy growth without a lot of stretch. You want to baby them. Any changes should be small and gradual. Want to up nutes? 25 yo 50 is good. Want to add calmag? A few ml is enough to start.

Gentle, nature is doing the work, you are guiding and helping shape growth through your inputs (temp, humidity, light, water, nutes, airflow).
