Dark new growth

Hi, let me fill you in first.
Strain: Jack Herer Auto from RQS
Medium: Soil (NPK 14-16-18) - 1,3 galon pot.
Light: 85 Watt CFL bulb (4750 Lumens, 5000K)
ft by ft growbox with intake, exhaust and mixing fans.
Temps: during the night time - around 68F (20C), day - around 77F (25*C)
Humidity: Im growing on a budget so I dont really have any means of controlling it, but they oscillate around 35%

She seemed to be doing great, so I started LST at day 16. She always looked a little dark, but I wasnt to worried, until yesterday when i found out that my pH pen was broken, and was giving bad readings. In result I've been feeding her pH (+/-)7.8 water since yesterday. I immediately pH'd my water to the correct level (around 6) and fed her yesterday. Ive been giving her just water, since the soil is already fertilized. It takes a while for the soil to dry out, so I water her no more then once every 3 days (sometimes even 4) - when the soil is dry inch deep. Today I noticed that tips of the new growth leaves got really dark. Pictures dont do justice, theyre darker irl.

It's my first grow, so Im obviously lacking experience, but Im guessing that this problem is caused by feeding her wrong ph water. How do I help her?

Thanks

Nitrogen is why your leaves turn Dark green .accompanied by clawing and shiny leaves is nitrogen toxicity. Too much N . However in your case it doesn’t appear to be this way . Your plants look healthy and happy imo

You NPK Values look good. The leaves are a little Dark but there's no burnt tips or leaf curl down so it's not in bad shape at all. Do you let your water sit for 24 hours before you pH ? It helps to gas off any chlorine that way. It doesn't appear you have any perlite in your soil to help with drainage.

pH should be around 6.4 for soil. Doesn't have to be exact. The Dolomite Lime in the soil will help adjust the pH also. I know some growers that don't pH at all & let the Lime do the work.

Yeah I didn't mix the soil with perlite. Rookie mistake, but I'm paying extra attention not to over water her. And I let the water sit for a bit day or so. My soil is advertised with 5,5-6,5 pH.

Thanks guys

Yeah looking good... just water no nutes until they start to pale off a bit in the new growth

Minimal node spacing?

I don't ph soil at all, never. I do make sure my microherd is happy. But I'm organic. Are you? Small pot organic will be hard to manage the herd.
If not.
You are outta range on ph. 5.8-6.2 non organic

You're in veg right? So it would want N during this phase not pale green hungry plants.? (1 post up)

What are you feeding them or plan too?

Random as fuk sorry I keep scrolling up and first of the day ;-)

I'm afraid that I don't really understand most of your questions bro. Nodes are about inch (maybe 4/5 of an inch) apart. I'm just giving them water but till yesterday it was pH'd wrongly. I'm still in veg - no signs of preflower yet

Looks a little to green for my liking, but as long as you don't go feeding her more nitrogen that maybe helpful later on as she can move the extra nitrogen she has built up to new growth areas that may need it as the nitrogen in the soil gets depleted. But overall she looks awesome, good job!

Could always add a little PK booster to balance things out a little. Your soil may have an imbalance between the Nitrate Nitrogen & the Ammonical Nitrogen. Not saying it's the cause. Just a possibility. I use Mega Crop as my nutrient & it has too much Nitrate Nitrogen to Ammon. N so I get dark green leaves during veg a lot from that. But once I add Terpinator in Flower everything looks great. Terp. is 0-0-4.

Hey guys, its me again with a new problem. Tips of the leaves started getting burned, and each day there is more of them. Overall she seems a bit unhappy. What do I do? Seems like nitro toxicity, but I was feeding her just pH'd water all along, and didnt give her any nutes?
