Can you explain how your timers were affected by DST? All that happens is that the 12 hours is shifted to apparently come one an hour later and go off hour later. How would your timers 'know' we changed our clocks?

uhh, good digi timers account for dst, mine does all that shit including natural sun rise/sun set.

but like said, just leave it, itll fix it self tonight.

lol i have a $7 one, i just moved up the on time and off by 30 min to keep me on schedule

ya mine are on at 12pm off at 12am now instead of 11...

if you've got a nice timer that means you lost an hour but you'll get it back tonight, trust me an hour won't affect it at all, you're all good

i got a digital timer with dual outlets for $20 at home depot.
has automatic DST, it sets the automatic times and even stores dust/dawn time.

also can program about 15-20 custom individual settings. forget those $7 ones that you have to move tabs and clips on a dial. timers have come a long way..

Wow, great, timers have come along way, some can even be controlled by your computer. Nice if you are using the timers for living area lamps or other items that need to keep up with a person's schedule. For my plant's lighting, all I need is a single on-time and an off-time, the ones with the tabs work just fine.

Let me ask this.. Whats the best way to switch the lights back to the hours before DST? I had them from 6-6(oclock) now there 7-7...I want them back to 6-6.How do i do this with out affecting my plant that are flowering?

i just went down when my lights were supposed to turn on and turned my dial to on now the timer is caught up with real time:)

relax..it's obvious you ran out of weed. besides, i never said you had to go out and buy one..i was only mentioning what was available.

You didn't just 'only mention' availability. You implied that those of us using the old style timers are stuck in the dark ages or something. I happen to believe in the KISS principle, and you just demonstrated why a fancier timer that can, wow, even track DST, adds a complication that caused the OP's problem.
