damaged fan leafs - was I right to pick off? (pics)

I know its not a good idea to pick of healty fan leafs - even if they are blocking lights from buds.

but just how damaged should a fan leaf be before its best to pick it off..?

thats fine when the leaves go like that just leave them the leaves are food for the buds just bend them out the way to get light to the buds, when the leaves turn yellow they will fall off, bye looking at the pics it looks like nute burn just flush your plants out and use stilled water for a few weeks
