cuttings and babys

i have some barnys farm sweet toof cuttings they have rooted about 4 days ago some have a fair amount of roots my qusetion is can i take the propogator lid of now and will they be ok to start veg under a 600w sodium also i have some lemon greenhouse that are babys about 1 inch high with 2 leaves on could i now veg these under a 600.

Yes to the first one, but keep that light pretty far away. The second one I would let grow a bit.

Once you have roots then the humidity dome isnt needed.
