Cutting off leaves

Maybe some of you read my previous thread, but if not I had a little nitrogen problem that I got under control now. Two leaves sets turned yellow durring the period and now I have newer leaves growing in right under the old oneS that are drying up. My question is, is it safe to cut off the yellow dried up leaves so that the new ones could get better light? Since the older leaves are bigger and cover up the younger ones. Or will it cause extra stress on the plant? Because tomorrow will be the 5th week of my auto easy Ryder and I would hate to stress it acouple weeks away from harvest. What do you guys think?

no , these leaves are used by the plant as power plants ( quirky ) in varius ways , 1st they give nutrients to the rest of the plant when they cant get them from the soil , they also act as a water refuge , if they get unwatered they get the water from them in order to keep leaving and keep the buds in a good contition , cuts of any way is like a wound on human body , they are doors for viruses / funguses to enter so , NO let them die off by theyre own , just clean what is droped on soil in the way to end

there won't be any stunting or extra stress, it just a little less light the plant will be absorbing
go ahead and cut it off thats what i do. once its all yellow theres no going back

bonjo if you looked at his last thread and saw his pic you might say differently

from your pics id say youre not planning to live off of what you grow, so you dont care ALL THAT MUCH if you end up with less than a quarter of a g less in weight wet. because that's all it will do

cutting off one fan leaf will not affect the plant as a whole, just the branch it's on, and even then, not by that much

and there's really little to very little chance a virus or fungus will enter the plant in that environment. clearly its clean. just look at how sparkly his bong is in the background of one of those pics

haha yea my house has central vacuum so my grow room is really clean except for the walls from moving stuff around in a tight area. and thanks for the feed.
