Custom led builds need help sourcing

Hey I've been working on a led build and was hoping someone had a few contacts for heat sinks and custom pcbs. Looking at vendors on Alibaba and not sure whos reliable or could make the board I'm looking to build. Thanks in advanced.

Have you asked cutter.au if they can make you a custom board?
