Curious if my plants have too much of a good thing.

Hi all, I am new to this and so have what are probably some really stupid questions.
I don't have any pictures but my plants are just under two weeks from seeds and look great (to me). My question is... how tall should they be with their third set of leaves? I was planning on topping once the fourth pair grows in fairly well and the only problem I may have is how short they are. I have four plants, three types. One was planted just a week ago after I lost a germinating seed. None are taller than two inches and are incredibly bushy for how small they are. They are currently working on their third set of leaves after the original caudal leaves and they look to be a three leaf fan. There literally is a few mm IF that between nodes so I am wondering if I got a little over zealous with my lights.

Conditions:
Day time high temp - 80.4
Night time low temp - 73.6
Soil - 50/50 vermiculite/fox farms but started in peat pellets and grown in pint size plastic cups with tons of holes drilled in the bottom and on the sides near the bottom.
Humidity range -33-47
Water - Switch between pH tested plain water and half strength Fox Farm Big Bloom about every 2-3 days. I have only given them nutes once so far though.
Air Movement - I have a 440 CFM inline pulling out the warm air from the top and pushing through a carbon filter (I know most people use them the other way but my grow tent does not have enough room to house the carbon filter so it is what it is). I also have a six inch oscillating fan.
Light source - Here is where i think I went a bit far... the lights are currently on a 20 on 4 off schedule atm.
Solar Flare 100W LED Bloom Master Lamp
2x 105W 5000k CFL
2x 23W 2700K CFL
2x 23W 5000k CFL

I have a hectic schedule so I didn't want to keep moving the lamps around every day trying to keep them two inches from my plants. The LED is around a foot and a half over the plants and should technically be able to cover the whole footprint of the tent at twice the height, the 23W CFL are actually the closest at only about 3-6 inches (I rotate the plants daily), and the 105W CFL hang vertically about the same height as the LED just on the sides. I actually use sunglasses when working in my grow tent. Is this the cause for the short plants who seem to be doing well? Is it a problem for down the road if I don't mind them as they are now? I understand they will take off during flowering, just want to make sure that the transition over the next few weeks of veg isn't going to mess something up down the road. I have also 2 gal black (might color white or cover in foil) pots from home depot for transplanting but how long should I wait for transplant and will the plants refocus on rooting after I transplant them?

I will work on pictures as I can, just wanted to get some experienced grower's thoughts.

I think if they were getting too much light they would show it; burned/bleached leaves. Hard to say w/o pictures but from your description I'd say they are happy & healthy. I wouldn't worry about size much right now. 3-4 node plants aren't going to be very big. Even leggy sativas start out small. Good Luck!
