Curing question. PLEASE HELP!!!

So I have been curing for bout 4 days now and man my bud still smells like shit!!! Really the bud started to stink like hay or horse shit during end of drying but I thought the curing process would help this out. They looked and smelled so freaking good while trimming them, what could the prob be? I pretty positive it wasn't cuzz they whent into jars to wet, I dried them 5 days they was good and crisp, stem snapped and I thought that was good enough. any help would greatly be appreciated.

You should have noticed if it was wet when you burped the bud.How long has the actual cure been?

It hasn't been nearly long enough yet to worry. To get a half-way decent smell, you need at least about 2 weeks depending on the strain and such.

Go and get some 62% humidity packs made by a company called boveda. Make sure the buds are dry and put them in the jars with the packs. Some strains take months for the full essence to pop.
