Curing..Buds to dry?

I just dried out a few plants for 6 days and moved them over to jars about 15 hours ago and my hygrometer inside the jar is reading only 54%. Did I mess something up here or does it usually take longer for the RH to climb? I don't understand I thought I did everything right, I dried for 6 days in complete darkness with an RH level of 55% and temp of 70F. The stems never even snapped like I was told to look for but I decided to take them down when I noticed the buds were feeling very dry. I hope I didn't screw these plants up they took forever to finish to, pretty bummed out over this.

You should dry with a RH of around 61% which is optimol. What your buds in the jar give it 24 hours see if the RH goes up. In 24 hours open the jars and feel them to see if they have gone back soft/moist. If so open jars for 15 minutes twice a day for a week and see how things look, feel, smell. Whats the RH outside the jars? Make sure they are stored in slightly cool dark place

I was told to have the RH in between 45% and 55%, I had a feeling that was kind of low. Should I still burp the jars if the RH doesn't go over 57% in a day? The room temperature outside of the jars is 72F and the RH is around 45%. Should I throw a boveda pack in there I have a few 62s?
