Hey. Critical Hog from THSeeds on week 10. Day 68 1/2.
Does anyone have any experience with this strain? its supposed to be 7-8 weeks. Im on week 10 with no end in sight.
I got a very leafy phenotype. Alot of leaf to calyx. Its a very sweet mango skunk funky smell with a little wet sock smell in there too.
Decent amount of frost. Could be frostier.
The trichomes are still mostly clear, about 70% clear 30% cloudy. The buds have not really filled in too well.
The yield looks likes it will be average/low. NOT the MONSTER HUGE yields they claim, at least not on the pheno i have. Althought it should be good smoke from the smell of it.
For 10 weeks flowering, and needing another 2-3 weeks still to go, I will never grow it again no matter how good the smoke is. I grew a 4 ounce Super Lemon Haze, dank as hell, in 9.5 weeks.
Hoping it finished up soon, ive started it on 14 hours dark/10 light for the last 3 days, been flushed twice in the last 10 days, it gets down to about 60-63F at night. Should be finished off by now.
What do you's think?
Also, heres some pics of the Reeferman Pink Kush. Cut at 67 days flowering. Nice pink and purple colours. VERY sticky, dense, frosty.
Overpowering damp earthy smell, like concentrated wet soil. A SLIGHT bit of sweetness to the smell. Even a quick dried nug tastes like earth. VERY stoney. Gets u baked with 2-3 hits. BEAUTY of a plant. Small yielding, although i only had it in a 3 gallon bucket.
Both plants have been fed AN PH Pefect sensi grow during VEG and AN PHP Connoisseur during flowering, Big Bud, Bud Blood, Bud Candy, CarboLoad.

The pics are pretty obvious, but for the newbs i guess....the green plant is the critical hog, the pink/purple plant is the Pink Kush.
