Could a photo/female spend 2 months indoor under 24 hours of light, be moved outdoors, and start flowering, remain flowering even when the day light period is longer than the dark period…….

Yes. And as the days continue to get longer the next month, they could also start to reveg if I'm not mistaken.

As long as your outdoor dark hours are long enough to keep the plant in flower youll be fine coming from indoors 24 hr lighting. Festers skunk should be ok flowering with 13hrs of daylight and 11 dark. You might need to go to at least 12-12 in the last couple of weeks. If ther in a pot outside you could always just move them into darkness for the couple of hours of extra daylight they would get outside so your getting 12 dark 12 light.

Most likely reveg but depends on strain. What’s your goal?
My goal was ……to grow them into "trees’ and I expected them to start flowering when light/dark period were equal…..around June 20th???
I was surprised that they have completed flowering stage. I really thought they would possibly prematurely flower , but very quickly re-veg….but they didn’t……I‘ lucky ….I guess??
