crazy fish tank grow idea

Ok so my friend had this $300 glass fish tank just lying around so i traded him a light up sign i had for it. Its dimensions are 1 1/2 ft deep x 1ft x 4 1/2 to 5ft. Rough estimate with no tape measure. i have it standing on its side at the moment, so it is about 4 1/2 ft to 5ft tall, 1 1/2 ft deep and a foot across the top.

What i plan on doing is cement gluing mylar to the inside of the box and having it around all side accept the door. The door i plan to make out drywall and leave it white or cover it with mylar if costs allow it. i am going to cut 2 holes in the door for fans one on top and one bottom. One sucking in and one blowing out. These are about 6 inch clip fans. The door will also be hinged to the tank. I was at Home Depot today and saw they have a 65 watt 300 watt equiv cfl, only thing is idk if it requires a special ballast or if it has its own built in and can be plugged into a regular socket. If it has its own socket i can plug into the wall i will be fashioning 3 plastic shower rods off to the side with a board that i can raise and lower on the shower rods. I plan to put 3 sockets on a board and run the lights wires out a hole in the door that i will cut and cover when darkness time is needed.

My major concerns with a setup like this is how i can control the temperature in the enclosed enviroment. I want a constant 75 degrees fahrenheit daytime and around 65 degrees night time. The only other concern i have is with the lights and the sockets. If anyone has any idea if a http://www.lightsofamerica.com/Products/9166B.aspx 65 watt lithonia 300 equiv can plug into a normal socket. bulb looks identical to one in link.

the light in the link has an E-39 base which is not you normal household socket, the normal sockets are called E-26 sockets...
hope this helps!

foreget that, no offense. Take the fish tank and fill it with water and nutes! Then put in some plants on a peice of "door" or no as it is a lid. Then put some hps lights over the top. Buy some 2x4s and screw then into your ceiling. Then hang some panda film or 6 mil plastic from them in the shape of a square and yu got a grow room. There yu go. No rep needed. :)

yeah not a good idea... no air flow... why not just use a cardboard box. fill the tank with fish.
