anybody seen cowpots, theyre like peat or coir but made from pressed cowpoop. anyways im thinking of starting my seedlings in 4" cowpots, if anybodys used these, think theyd be too nitrogen potent for tender seedlings in a soiless peat/perlite nute free medium? thanks

i don't feed my seedlings anything for the first couple weeks and then with only a 1/2 dose . good question but i would think about it first or try one or 2 first and see what happens?

From my limited experience with cow pots, I don't recall them providing anything in terms of nutrition, at least immediately. They can take up to two years to decompose outside a compost bin.
