So many conflicting reports… I don’t suppose it really matters.

Interesting....While Im still on the "your body, your choice" bandwagon, could this be propaganda?, coincidence? total bullsit?... from the Canadian's...

Rumble is a disinfo site so not worth reading. Every vaccine ever has had some side effects affecting a small number of people in comparison to the large number it helps. All indications so far are that the new mRNA vaccines have very little of those comparatively.

I was always against taking stuff like flu shots and did not plan to get the Covid shots. The vaccines were out almost a year before they became available here and I kept my eye on all the new research as it came out.

I fit the range of people most at risk due to my age and mild COPD due to years of smoking. My right lung has already collapsed twice as well so I concluded that I was in a lot more risk from Covid than any possible side effects of the vaccine so got it and have followed up with all the boosters. Last year and the year before I finally got flu shots as well and haven't had any negative things happen other than a bit of a sore shoulder for a day.

The mRNA technology was in the works for over 20 years but progressing slowly due to lack of funding most research like that receives. They were working on virus' like the cold virus which is closely related to Covid already so when Covid came along suddenly they were given blank cheques for research and many labs went at it really hard. Now that tech is in trials for an AIDS vaccine and others even cancer.

Governments need to be tossing that kind of money at antibiotic research PDQ as their overuse has created many resistant bugs spreading rapidly these days and could become our next pandemic. For decades the use of colloidal silver has been repressed thanks to pressure from big pharma but is now showing up in all sorts of medical supplies in hospitals but you don't hear much about that. Can't patent it but can still make a lot of money producing products like bandages etc impregnated with it. I make my own and it seems to work for all sorts of stuff like toenail fungus, tooth infections and infected cuts.

I hear ya man.... for me, it just wasn't worth the risk with the limited time for research. And I don't care who does what. Do what you think is best for you. I hate taking anything if I don't have to. I try to eat right, take my vitamins, get some physical activity every day, etc. I prob drink too much wine, but hey, you only live once. I just don't trust Big Pharma, or Big Government. They're in bed together anyways. My family has great genetics that have surpassed 100+ years in age, so Im just gonna ride it out. ...... or I may get hit by a bus, or a tractor accident.. we don't have buses around here... who knows. Life is a risk in itself.
Maybe a better source?

Msn is not a medical source, try something like this for an easily accessible source:

mRNA was discovered in the 1960s and has been researched since the 1970s. It's been particularly well studied. Public Health is the study of steering a group of people (population) vs traditional medicine/surgery where you treat a person, the goals and outcome measures are very different.

Understand... I was kinda being sarcastic. This kind of stuff is pumped in my news feed constantly.

Most, if not all the time, if I want medical facts, or info, on the most up to date research, and/or treatments, my go 2s are.

JAMA
Mayo Clinic
John Hopkins
Cleveland Clinic
CDC

And a few others. And I also try and get multiple, Valid Assessments, by those sources above, or similar, for whatever Im researching.

And I never put my opinion into things, when facts, are available. Everyone has opinions. Facts, are facts. Like. Water is wet. Earth is round. Humans need air to breathe. Bears, DO shit, in the woods.

PS might want to plan your vax for when you can take a day off. I spiked a fever, the name of the vax is Spikevax after all, truth in advertising I guess  (no it relates to the spike protein but I digress ).

As soon as the fever kicks in add an antipyretic. That fixed my reaction. But being older I don't push through anymore I just take the day off ymmv.

That’s the vax my husband got back in Dec 2023. He got Covid 2 months later and gave it to me. Those shots help. If it wasn’t for that Spike vax shot he said he might be dead. He is glad he got it He wants to get another vax soon. .
