So these spots started showing up ummm any advice ? It’s only on one plant

Possibly thrips, check the underside of your leaves️

Thrips,I find them on the tops of leaves.Simple soap solution once a week.

Thank you! When you say simple soap solution, what do you mean? How would I mix that? And apply it as like a foliar spray? Or what?
