Alright.. a landlord needs a copy of something from the court, not from health canada, that states that an in-house grow is still legal. Any idea where I can find the actual court ruling? I feel like I'm just looking in all the wrong places - can't be a news story or anything like that.

It's easy enough if only using court documents.
There's the original (I linked above) and then the upheld portion that happened in December.

looks like im still waiting for new rules on address change,
nothing to allow me to just start growing in my new pad without possible charges.
I wasn't high enough odd, to get that all out.

maybe were becoming friends.... ive been in the hippy town of nelson the last 2 weeks working so maybe the hippy vibe is wearing off on me.
my shaved head sprouted a dreadlock this morning also.....

I actually apologized to you a few weeks back in a thread for past insults and smears. I do so again and offer up a new start and a handshake. I'm actually a very reasonable guy who think all should be equally treated.
Yup no reason to worry about shit said in the past. I'm cool with being friends. I actually like everyone who enjoys the herb really. Although there are some here that make little sense Tosh/OMS. Oh well I guess every board has some.
I'm still against the LP system setup to rob us. But anyway, we can all be what we want to be. FREEDOM above all, right rnr.

like I said back in the day some lp might be good, I offered you free or dirt cheap meds if I get in, but sometimes im not thrilled either. with the gov or the hc rules and dumb bs, but im a go getter and strive for things I want. legal growing anyway I can get in ill try.
on that note, odd, kirts the lawyer said do NOT try and do any address changes cause he for sure knows they will throw the book at me for not sticking to the contract and address with the mmar. I just want to grow again im dying without my girls
